FUSTER + Partners
FUSTER + Partners - Architects, P.S.C. is a firm that specializes in architectural and urban design of contemporary/modern projects that sensibly respond to the environment. An emphasis on the manipulation of the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, the exploration of environmentally responsible design and a special interest in the manipulation of natural lighting and the exploration of the plastic qualities of materials are characteristic of the work of FUSTER + Partners .
FUSTER + Partners believes that the sustainable aspects of a building should be a holistic and integral part of every design, not abstract specifics applied to particular structures.
Thus, they see ecological consciousness and realization as an ethical aspect that cannot be overlooked.
FUSTER + Partners also think that modern architecture, in its most radical expression, is authentically tropical.
The principal partners of FUSTER + Partners are the architects Nataniel Fúster and George Stewart. Architect Fúster, whose work has been honored on multiple occasions and reviewed by local and international publications as important as Architectural Record and The New York Times, has a Master Degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master degree in Urban Design and a Doctor of Design degree from Harvard University.
Architect Stewart achieved his professional degree from Syracuse University. The facilities of FUSTER Partners - Architects, P.S.C. are located in the commercial center Monte Mall, suite 3025 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
