fernlund + logan architects

Solveig Fernlund and Neil Logan established fernlund + logan architects in New York in 1992. The firm’s work includes residential and commercial projects which have been widely covered in the press. Solveig Fernlund attended the University of Lund, Sweden. Neil Logan studied architecture at Rhode Island School of Design, and Columbia University, and is a registered architect in New York.

Ferlea

Ferlea was founded in 1959 by Milvo Benini, and started its activity producing complementary and hallway furnishings. In 1961 production of small, mainly classic-styled upholstered furnishings began. In 1980 as a result of guessing market trends and needs, an important change took place. Production shifted from classic to modern resulting in a product of innovative taste characterised by the use of special materials and attention to details.
This new chain of events encouraged Milvo Benini to make use of a team of professionals under the artistic direction of Gabriella Zecca, with a view to giving the Ferlea style new character and greater individuality.

feiz design studio

feiz design studio was founded in 1998, by industrial designer Khodi Feiz and graphic designer Anneko Feiz - van Dorssen. They specialize in the fields of product design, furniture design, graphic and identity design, strategic and new concepts design, interior and exhibition design. Their work has received numerous awards and has been featured in exhibitions and publications worldwide.

Khodi Feiz was born in Iran in 1963. In 1986, he graduated from Syracuse University (USA) in Industrial Design. For the next four years he worked for the Texas Instruments Design Centre (USA). In 1990 he joined Philips Design (The Netherlands), where he worked on projects ranging from medical equipment, consumer electronics and domestic appliances to strategic design. Latterly, Khodi held the position of manager and senior designer for the Advanced Design Group. He has also lectured at the Design Academy Eindhoven (The Netherlands). Anneko Feiz - van Dorssen was born in The Netherlands in 1967. In 1990, she graduated from the Design Academy in Eindhoven in Graphic Design (Human and Information). During her studies, she also gained work experience at Rolex in Switzerland. In 1991 she joined Philips Design, where she worked until 1997 in the Visual Communications Group, on projects ranging from packaging and print to the Philips Annual Report.

Ferruccio Laviani

1986 He participated in the "12 nuovi memphis" and Memphis 87 collections.
1986 He was one of the founders of the Solid group and designed part of the collection.
1986-91 He was a member of the De Lucchi studio, designing for various companies such as Credito Bergamasco, Mandarina Duck, Memphis, Olivetti and Swatch.
1991 He put on show the silverware from the Morandotti collection at the "Capitali Europee del nuovo design" (European capitals of new design) exhibition at the Centre Pompidou in Paris.
1992 He designed for Foscarini, Emmemobili, T70, Halifax, Mixel, Fontana Arte, De Padova, Flos and Molteni&C.
1995-97 He implemented the photographic show relating to the book entitled "Welcome to Brazil" for the Forum Confeccoes and the "24 hours" catalogue (Sao Paulo gallery)
1997-today He currently collaborates with cosmit having fit out cultural exhibitions dedicated to Giò Ponti and Vico Magistretti
