Born in Lisbon, Portugal, 1984. During the years 2000-2003 she attended the Arts Program of the 2nd Group of Liceu Camões (Escola Secundária de Camões) in Lisbon, where she had the first contact with the arts and design. After this period, she attended the degree in Equipment and Interior Design, of Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies , during the years 2004 to 2008. During this period, she participated in several design competitions including: Braun Prize 2007; Cerutil (with pieces in stoneware kiln for oven/table); Pic-Nic em casa for the Intercasa fair (for which she entry with the design of a kitchen for the future, and ends up in the top 20 of the competition). Still at university, she organizes and participates in the first design exhibition M.A.DE. Mostra Anual de Design, in the Lusophone University. In this exhibition she presents works from the first year of college, together with colleagues of the same course. This exhibition shows the work of several years of the course design, of both equipment and graphics. The course ends with the creation of a academic project of urban furniture, Câmbio, in partnership with rotational molding portuguese firm Rotoport . During 2007, she creates projects of industrial kitchen equipment for the firm Fripaivas. Does internship (2007-2008) in the artist Marta Wengorovius ' studio. She does functions such as support for development of the works, development of brochures, curricula, preparing proposals in tridimensional software. Preparation of exhibitions, the maintenance of the artist's site, designed by José De Almeida . This stage ends with the exhibition Mise à nu par l'action, at Centre Culturel Calouste Gulbenkian , Paris, France, where she was part of the organization and project. In 2008-2009, she was invited to do a partnership with the firm CCA Cozinhas , drawing a line of furniture for bathroom, the Nipon Line. In 2009, she makes the implementation of projects of wall coverings with the company Youfeat.us. In 2010, appears in an article Em foco designer, in the Casa Cláudia magazine, March edition. More recently she has been freelancing, entering in design competitions. She's also developing projects in fine art photography, and preparing her first solo exhibition. Lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. She's married to the designer and artist José De Almeida.
