Haines Phillips Architects was formed in 2007 by the amalgamation of two accomplished award-winning firms, Andrews Downie and Partners and Knight Phillips Architects. We are an RIBA Chartered Practice with a wide range of experience working in both private and public sectors. Residential development makes up the majority of our portfolio, with educational, medical, commercial, theatre and leisure projects featuring in our work. Private client work in London and the south east remains a strong part of the practice, with the Andrews Downie and Partners name continuing in use in recognition of its profile in central London generally and in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in particular. Our work further afield includes projects literally from Land’s End to John O’Groats and several in France.
