Since its early days, Buro Happold has evolved in scope, size and stature. The practice has chosen to follow a path of organic growth, in part to preserve rather than dilute the prevailing culture. Since being founded from one small office in Bath, today Buro Happold employs over 1,600 staff in more than 30 locations worldwide. Our offices in Bath, Berlin and Warsaw have been extensively refurbished and improved to create better work environments that support multi-disciplinary integration and creative thinking. Our IT systems are continually under review to ensure that we provide the best possible service to clients, support the firm’s growth and improve connectivity and knowledge sharing between offices. Recent initiatives include the redevelopment of our intranet and the implementation of a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system, which will be completed in 2009.
