JSA

JSA is an office for architecture, urban design and interior design. Our projects range from feasibility studies to full commissions and from urban master plans to detailed interior designs. In recent years, we have carried out an array of architectural projects, both residential and non-residential, for clients in the private and public sectors.

Our primary objective is always to develop a clear concept that is based on our client’s requirements and transform that concept into a tangible object. This process combines draftsmanship and mathematics, imagination and determination, wishes and possibilities. Working in consultation with all relevant parties, we keep the focus on the built result.

In architecture, the concept of sustainability obviously relates to a building's energy balance and the use of sustainably produced materials. But architectural sustainability also involves a building’s long-term signficance and fitness for use, its capacity to adapt to changing conditions while maintaining its value and authenticity.

We insist on the quality of the finished product. On an architecture that is founded on the needs of the future users. On thoughtful, meticulous workmanship, down to the finest details. On sustainable architecture in the most literal sense of the word: architecture that will stand the test of time.

Through its built works and specialized research, JSA actively seeks to contribute to architectural and urban discourse.
