DX Architects is a Melbourne based architectural practice specialising in residential and commercial projects. Our current projects range from alterations and additions, to individual houses, multi-townhouse developments, and small commercial buildings. All designs are developed through a flexible approach, incorporating our clients' requirements and input, with the intention of developing an architectural response through a creative solution. Our typical projects located in inner city Melbourne have a key requirement of maximising available building space. We have a strong understanding of local planning schemes, and work closely with planning authorities to deliver optimal results. DX Architects recent residential project in Abbotsford has been awarded the Master Builders Association award for the "Best Renovation/ Addition $150,000 - $300,000 in Victoria 2009.
