Atelier KS is a San Francisco design studio comprised of husband-wife team Seth Pare-Mayer and Kelli Franz. Atelier KS specializes in a range of construction projects both commercial and residential, the studio aims to balance practical solutions with innovative modern designs. Each project is designed around the unique needs of program, client, site, and budget.
Kelli Franz received her architectural education at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and the Washington Alexandria Architectural Center.
Seth Pare-Mayer also attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for architecture, and spent a year studying at the Ecole d'Architecture-Val de Seine in Paris, France.
Both Kelli and Seth are Certified Green Building Professionals through the non-profit organization "Build It Green," and aim for environmentally sensitive choices at each stage of the construction process.
