Rocha Tombal Architecten


Ana Rocha (1972)
Graduated at the FAUP, Porto. At Mecanoo architects (1997-2004), she was as a senior architect co-responsible for the design of the Landjes in Nieuw Terbregge en the Chapel Heilige Maria der Engelen, Rotterdam. At Döll AvB (2004-2006) she was co-responsible for the design of the City-office in Haarlem. She has given different international lectures and was member of the judging committees of the “architectuurprijs Zwolle 2008” and “the Watertower Leiden”.

Michel Tombal (1963)
Graduated at de TUDelft. After working at Serra Vives Cartagena architects in Barcelona he was as board member at Mecanoo architects (1991-2005) responsible for the design of the Cultural centre in Alkmaar, the DaVinci college in Dordrecht and the Marnix Sport Centre in Amsterdam. He has given different international lectures and was member of different judging committees.
