mb-studio
mb-studio is a critical, Melbourne based architectural practice. mb-studio, led by Bruce Rowe and Martin Musiatowicz, is shaped by a desire to pursue projects that are concerned with a quality of space and that engage positively with their users, site and broader context.
mb-studio current projects and experience includes work with private, commercial, industrial and public sector clients, internationally and across Australia.
mb-studio and its directors have been awarded prizes in numerous international design competitions, and recognised for their contributions through industry and educational awards. The architectural projects within the practice form part of an integrated strategy of exploration and innovation in architecture and the built environment through ongoing research and design education.
With a design approach grounded in open communication, the success of our projects emerges from strong, collaborative working relationships with clients, contractors and consultants. This collaborative studio environment enables mb-studio to assemble and lead project teams of specialised consultants and technical experts in direct response to a project’s needs.
Regardless of a project's scale or budget; the underlying conditions, design brief and constraints are catalysts for creativity and sources of opportunity to mb-studio. mb-studio design process responds to the specific requirements and unique conditions of each project; a process that is geared at delivering innovative and rigorous design solutions.
