Blacksheep
Blacksheep was set up in 2002 by Tim Mutton and Jo Sampson because of their shared passion for design. The agency they envisioned would refuse to offer generic, ‘house style’ design, but would fly the flag instead for design that didn’t play by the rule books – and which had the vision and ambition to set them and their clients apart.
Tim Mutton
Blacksheep Managing Director and Co-founder Tim Mutton is a rising star of the leisure design world. Voted into the Top Ten of the UK’s ‘Most Influential People in the Leisure Trade’ by Theme magazine in 2009, Tim has been a speaker and panellist at many leading bar, club, hotel and restaurant events, from Bar 09 to Sleepotel. Tim has specialist knowledge of the business, practical and operational aspects of design and was invited to be a judge at the 2009 Sleep Awards, which encompass the best in the global hotel industry. In 2008, Tim was nominated to join The Observer / Courvoisier Future 500 of the ‘rising stars’ of British business and arts.
Jo Sampson

Jo is a specialist in the creation of luxury interiors for hotels and private homes, as well as in the design of cutting-edge retail spaces, with a keen stylist’s eye for the very best in furniture and fittings.
